Absolutely terrible. Advertises a full bar but there's only 3 drinks on the menu. They're all $7 and might have a half oz of alcohol in each.The fried chicken tender dinner has no business being on the adult menu, and the french fries were stale and hard.

This place is great. Nice family environment. Fish was amazing waitress was nice. Very good meal and service for the money. OH and there pies are awesome. Highly recommend trying this place.

Made a account just to rate this restaurant that is how pleased i am. Excellent all the way around! My husband and I came in this evening for supper, we ordered the white cod and fried chicken and my golly was it good! And Paige (Our waitress) was awesome, what a superstar she is. 10/10 we will definitely be back!

One of my family’s favorite places for brunch! Amazing pancakes, waffles and skillets. I would recommend this place 100% to anyone.

Food was great, got the Mac n cheese with the grilled chicken.. great. The service was not the best. It was not the whole staff, they were friendly. It was just our waitress. Followed us out just to give us a stink eye because we were nice and she didn't get the best tip due to her service. Good restaurant overall

We worked with Chef John and Terry for our wedding 10/19/2019. Waterloo was INCREDIBLE to work with. They helped us plan and customize our menu, had flawless set-up and clean-up, and served absolutely delicious food. The tastings were always fun as well! We had so many compliments from our guests, as the food was divine and the bar service was quick and friendly. I recommend their catering whole-heartedly, as they really helped make our day perfect. Thank you for everything!

Had great food and service. They are keeping customers safe by wearing masks and distancing the tables very well. Had french onion soup which was very rich and tasty. Only thing I would have liked is the crock put under the broiler to brown the cheese.

Good Food...truly amazing renovations for Covid restrictions...Humus and stuffed grape leaves a mile of all you can eat fish...it was all excellent ...my baked sweet potatoe wad great

I went to Waterloo for the first and probably only time today. The place itself was fine. As in atmosphere. That's the only reason I even gave them 2 stars. The service was not attentive in the least, but it was Sunday, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt that they were probably harried. One thing I couldn't figure out is why one of the servers just hung out by the wall waiting to pounce on the table the second we left. He stood there for at least 20 minutes. It made me feel very uncomfortable. The main issue I had was the food. I ordered a meal that they called lasagna, but what to me tasted exactly like a can of Chef Boyardee. Even the garlic bread was terrible. It wasn't particularly garlicky, and the bread wasn't solid enough. It was mostly air.

Friday all u can eat fried fish, popular pies, breakfast is my favorite, don’t miss all these. Especially pretty Xmas decorations everywhere now.

Delicious, home-style food, priced Right and served with grace and a smile! Have the pie for dessert. You won't regret it.

Most of our food was really good but the mac and cheese was very basic and the coffee was from the bottom of the pot. There was a menu error as well. It stated that all seafood dinners come with salad and when we ordered that turned out to not be true and they did not correct the problem to match the menu.

What an amazing restaurant all around! My family and i stopped in the other night for our first time and really enjoyed ourselves. We had a great dinner there, one of the best we’ve had to tell you the truth. Our waitress (Paige) was beyond excellent! Made us feel very welcomed and had a great personality! We will definitely be back to eat here!

Its still the Waterloo remodeled. The food was really good. The waitress was really good to the group of12. She got it right the first time. The prices were good. Beautiful morning. It was easy for me to get an off-menu dish. (I count carbs).
